Easy Does It Farms

Easy Does It Farms...

I have always wanted to come up with a really great ranch or farm name and have had dozens of ideas go through my head.  Finally, the sentimental side of me out weighed my idea to come up with a creative name.  One of my very first horses whom I have several lasting memories on is named "Easy".  I rode Easy over the years at Wonder Valley.  Easy taught me to be confident, have fun, be safe, and above all, the never ending love that can be shared with an animal.  I kept my eye on Easy over the years and begged for her to be mine and finally join our Family.  Taffy finally gave in and told me I could take her home.  She has become my First Child's First Horse, as well as taught many of my students the first steps in the riding process.  Easy has a forever home here and will spend the rest of her days with our Family.  Moving forward we will incorporate "Easy Does It Farms" into our future planning.

We just gave her a good bath and tied her bows in her mane and took a ton of Pictures!

(I am so excited my little Princess is loving to ride!)

Update: Easy went to visit the vet in November 2008 for a bump on her belly, turned out it was just fluid that needed to be drained, we did a full exam and inquired about her occasional coughing.  She has a heart murmur and has been put on restricted activity.  The heat is hard with the dust for her as well.  So it is official, she is now semi- retired... Britt is allowed to ride her bareback occasionally, but that is it, she does enjoy her treats regularly though!
